How to Earn Points
Earning reward points is fun and easy - and you don't even have to be in the office to earn some!
Your first step towards earning points starts when you register for our online program.
- Register for our Ortho Rewards program HERE, by selecting a username and Password.
- After registering, we will send you an activation link to confirm your email.
- After you confirm your email, you can now login to your rewards account.
- Select the Ortho Rewards Panel on the right and scroll down to edit profile.
- Fill out your profile as much as you can.
- We will review your profile to confirm you are a patient of Dr. Ali Shojaei
- Once completed, you will earn 10 points for registering as a new user and 10 points for filling out your profile.
Here are some other ways to earn points:
Commitment to Excellent Treatment
- Beginning records on the same day as consultation (5 points)
- Being on time for appointment (1 point)
- Bring a friend to your scheduled appointment (1 point)
- Current appointment was scheduled between 10am and 3pm (1 point)
- Good oral hygiene (2 points)
- Brushing teeth after sign-in (1 point)
- Nothing loose or broken (1 point)
- Wearing appliance as instructed (2 points)
- Perfect appointment attendance - awarded at final retainer delivery (10 points)
Regular Dentist Visits
- Dental Exam (1 point)
- No cavities (2 points)
- Requested dental treatment complete (1 point)
- Dental Cleaning (1 point)
Aurora Orthodontics Interactive
- Orthodontic testimonial online (Yelp.ca, ratemds.com) or in our book (10 points)
- Participating in other office contest and office events (10 points)
- Bringing a friend to office events (10 points)
- Becoming a fan of Aurora and Willowdale Orthodontics on Facebook, YouTube or Twitter (10 points)
- Having a parent or family adult member become a connection on Linked In (10 points)
- Scheduling Dr. Shojaei for career day events at your school (100 points- and Dr. Shojaei will also bring pizza for your class!)
- Scheduling a complimentary mouthguard clinic for you and your sports team (100 points)
