With that in mind, Aurora and Smiles on Yonge Orthodontics is very excited to welcome you to our Rewards Program! Our goal, as we begin your orthodontic journey together, is to exceed your expectations. Therefore, this program was created as a way to recognize all of your hard work by awarding you with fantastic rewards along the way!

The program is easy and FUN! Dr. Shojaei will award the points and then you sit back and watch the points pile up. But in order to get the most rewards, there’s some work to be done on your part.

Some things that you can earn points for are:

• Wearing your elastics and appliances
• Having great oral hygiene
• Showing up to your appointments on time
• Visiting your dentist for a cleaning
• Becoming a fan of the social media sites and many more!!!

RULES AND EXEMPTIONS
Ortho Reward points are only available to active patients of Dr. Ali Shojaei who have signed in to the online points reward system. Points are non-transferable. Reward points are given at non-emergency appointments only. If there is a discrepancy between the points logged by the patient and those logged by Dr. Shojaei and staff, then the balance showing on the office record and website will be deemed as the correct points balance. Friend or family member referred must come in for a consultation and begin treatment for points to be awarded. When writing a review or joining our social media pages (Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Yelp, Ratemd etc) please  let us know by completing the online notification forms at www.brace-your-smile.com. These online forms are available after you sign in to the Ortho Rewards program. Points may take up to 72 hours to be uploaded on the website. Visit www.brace-your-smile.com for more information.
